How the Channel Manager works

Use our Channel Manager without paying commission

The Channel Manager allows individual properties or agencies managing multiple properties to keep inventory up-to-date in real time at our channel partners, allowing hosts to use and get the most out of multiple on-line booking channels without the hassle of constantly signing-in and updating all of them individually each time a booking is made (or cancelled) via one of them.

Two-Way XML connections with, Expedia, Agoda, Hostelworld and many more leading OTA`s export prices and inventory and import bookings instantly.

State-of-the-art features

Pooled inventory

Pooled inventory means that every channel has access to all of your rooms or beds. Once a room or bed is booked, your total inventory will decrease to prevent overbookings.

Send updates in real time

When a guest makes a booking on your website, we send updated availability to leading OTAs instantly.

Let’s say you’re a B&B and you have 9 double rooms. The inventory in the system is set to 9. This inventory gets exported to the booking channels and your website. Both your website and the booking channels can now sell 9 rooms. If you get a booking from one of the connected channels, the system automatically reduces the inventory to 8 rooms and this information is instantly sent to all booking channels and to your website.

Two-way XML connections with Airbnb,, Expedia, VRBO group, Agoda, Hostelworld and many more leading OTAs export prices and inventory and import bookings instantly.

The iCal sync updates all calendars that support the widely used iCal format, including outlook and many rental portals.

To sync Google calendars you can use our Google calendar API connection.
